Episode 9

“Sweet Dreams”

Jenelle:

Jenelle meets with her lawyer Dustin yet again to talk about the incident with Gary. Dustin says that the court will most likely be continued so that they can investigate more, which it is. While at the courthouse Jenelle had to see Gary again so of course she brought Kieffer with her. Kieffer bragged about how he “mugged” Gary in the courtroom and acted like he was going to go find him and fight him afterwards. Jenelle just sat there not trying to stop him or anything like that. 

Kailyn:

Javi goes to take his test so that he can join the Air Force and he passes! He and Kailyn are super excited to get married and start their family, but Kailyn still wants Javi to properly propose to her. She decides to get in touch with her lawyer to talk about future custody issues with Jo. There is a good chance that down the line Javi will be stationed somewhere far away so she asks how that will effect custody in the future. They tell her that she just needs to give Jo notice of her relocation and at that time he will have a chance to object. Then there will be a hearing but there is a good chance she will be allowed to move and take Isaac with her.

Chelsea:

Chelsea is overwhelmed by the fact that she has to move so she decides to take a month off of school. She can go back when she is feeling more settled. She says she had already missed a bunch of days anyway so it was better for her to just take the time off. >.< Personally I don’t get it. She doesn’t work and has loads of help with Aubree from her family and friends, but I guess a month is what she needed. 

Leah:

Corey is still upset about how the whole child support thing went down. Leah says basically that everyone else convinced her that what he was originally paying wasn’t fair. Leah’s been talking to her biological father more and since he didn’t make it to her last wedding… she asks him if he wants to walk her down the isle. Her step-dad Lee doesn’t love the idea but he agrees that they both can walk her down the isle together. 

Episode 8 

Don’t Be Cruel

Kailyn:

Kailyn, Javi and Isaac head to Vegas before it’s time for Javi’s entrance exam. They contemplate getting married while in Vegas and visit the little chapel that Britney Spears infamously got married in. They decide to wait a little longer since they still have time to figure out what they want to do and enjoy the rest of their vacation. 

Leah:

Leah heard the Corey got a raise and now that she has a big new house to pay for she asks him if they can modify the child support, even though she and Jeremy make three times his income. Corey agrees to pay Leah an extra $100 a month in child support which she agrees is fine. He want to make sure that they have it all in writing as well. When Leah talks to her lawyer she finds out that she can actually get $300 more a month plus half the cost of the girls clothing. She doesn’t tell Corey this until they are in court. Corey is upset but reluctantly agrees since…well… he has no choice in the matter. 

Jenelle:

Jenelle and Gary get into a huge fight and he allegedly beat her and choked her with a bed sheet. The fight was so out of control that they both were arrested and spent a night in jail. There was a no contact order set in place after that. Barbara bailed her out of jail and went home to pack up all of Gary’s stuff. Jenelle cries on the phone about how Gary got her in trouble for her weed and whatnot. He ended up getting charged with all the same things. Jenelle calls Kieffer immediately and cries to him about all the bruises all over her body. (which aren’t located on her arms or face because I don’t see any) He tells her that she could do better than Gary, and him for that matter. 

Chelsea:

Adam wants to know whats up with Chelsea not signing the letter he put in her mailbox to make things easier for him when he takes her to court for custody. She tells him that she isn’t going to sign it and doesn’t say much else to him. 

Episode 7 

“For Better Or For Worse”

Chelsea:

Adam is trying to drive Chelsea crazy by flaunting his new girlfriend in her face and how much Aubree loves her. He is also threatening to take her to court to set in place a legal custody agreement. Since Aubree has been born Chelsea has had her 90% of the time and has been the one to decide when Adam can take her. Now that Adam wants to show off his daughter all the time he all of a sudden wants more time with her. 

Leah:

Leah decides that since it would be easier to get a loan if she and Jeremy were married she would get married in a little courthouse ceremony just a couple months before her wedding. So in order to get things done as fast as possible the two get married with just a few family members present. 

Jenelle:

Jenelle and Gary are back on and Jenelle says she could see herself marrying him, so when he proposes she of course says yes. Barbara is just fine with the news and everything seems to finally be going well with her… for now. 

Kail:

Javi is serious about Kailyn and about joining the military so he decides to take the entrance exam for the Air Force. These two agree that if he is able to join they will get married before he leaves. 

Jenelle:

Jenelle is her usual self and she can’t handle being around her mom at all so instead of spending time with her son and “babysitting” she decides she would rather go hang out with her friends. Even boyfriend Gary tells her to stop it and stay there with her son but soon the screaming and cursing begins and she uses that as a reason to leave. She thinks she is removing herself from a bad situation for the good of everyone but you can’t say things like that when you are the reason there is a situation in the first place. 

Leah:

Leah and Jeremy are planning their wedding and looking for a new house. Since that is a lot to handle for Leah and she insists on doing everything as fast as possible, her mom pretty much takes over the wedding planning and calls a planner for her. Then Leah and Jeremy sign for a house together. They decide to get married at the courthouse and then still have their wedding in June also. 

Kailyn:

Javi moves in to Kail’s apartment and he brings his dog. So now they have 2 large dogs that scare Isaac’s playdates! Kail tells Javi to put the dogs out while she has a friend and her young daughter over but Javi refuses because there is a whole in the fence. He just walks upstairs and ignores her. Kailyn has an epic meltdown which ends up with her grabbing Javi’s head and pushing him. He gets angry and goes outside for a while but in the end he forgives her as long as she is going to anger management and trying to better herself. 

Chelsea:

Chelsea faces the challenge of dealing with cutting the hair of actual people! She is nervous about working on the floor but she does pretty well. Wow yeah so that’s pretty much all that is going on for Chelsea in this episode. 

Note: For those of you complainers out there, yes I am fully aware that I have done a few recaps late. This is because I have a lot going on right now and haven’t had time to do them. I’v considered stopping all together but since we are on the last season I’ll keep them going as much as possible. I think they are still beneficial to anyone who needs a quick catch up. <3

 Episode 5 

“So Hard To Say Goodbye”

Kailyn:

Kail and Javi decide to take things to the next level and move in with each other. In reality he was pretty much already living there since he was spending the night every single night anyway. Kailyn immediately starts thinking marriage which doesn’t really seem to freak Javi out too much. 

Leah:

Leah asks Jeremy if he will forgive her for leaving him for Corey and asks him for her ring back. He of course agrees and hands her back the ring that he was carrying around while he waited for her to figure her crap out. He moves back in and the rest of the episode is pretty much just Leah talking about it. 

Chelsea:

Chelsea is still all stressed about finding a new place to live and decides to go look at a place, even though she wants to move far away from where she is so she can escape Adam and anything that reminds her of him. She tells her dad this and says that she wants to transfer schools and he tells her that she needs to just suck it up for a year and finish school before she goes moving away. (Listen to your dad for once Chelsea!!) She has her first haircut test at beauty school, she is nervous and awkward the whole time but passes.  

Jenelle:

Jenelle has her booby surgery and Kieffer sort of helps her out a little bit but he gets pretty upset when Gary sends her flowers. These two get into a big fight and he ends up leaving. Jenelle goes to her moms house so she has someone to take care of her and starts talking to Gary again. 

 Episode 4 

“Faded Love” 

Chelsea:

Chelsea is still attending beauty school and doing pretty well unfortunately she hits a snag when she gets some bad news. Chelsea flips her lid because she all of a sudden has to move out. The landlord needs the house back and legally they are able to evict her. She calls her dad and practically screams at him that she doesn’t know what to do. He tells her the obvious… that she needs to find a new place to live. After Chelsea whines at him a bit more he agrees to look for a new place for her. 

Leah:

Leah and Corey are supposed to be giving things another shot but all I see this episode is Leah nagging Corey about whether or not he is serious and Corey not saying much of anything. Corey and Jeremy sit down and talk about the situation (weird) and they both are worried that their relationship will fail again. Since Jeremy doesn’t stay out of it, and is all up in Corey and Leah’s butts, things continue to be more and more confusing for both of them. Leah wants some sort of grand gesture from Corey that will prove to her he is serious and wants her back… meanwhile telling him that if not she would like to go back to being happy with Jeremy. I can understand Corey’s hesitation here. In the end Leah pretty much decides that Corey isn’t worth the trouble and doesn’t shed a tear when telling him that he basically doesn’t have the balls to be with her.

Kailyn:

Kailyn wants more time with Isaac because she doesn’t think Jo really spends his time with their son. She also doesn’t want Jo’s girlfriend around her son even though she and Jo are pretty serious. They head off to mediation where nothing is accomplished because neither of them agree. They probably could have skipped mediation if Kail had talked to Jo ahead of time. It’s pretty obvious they weren’t going to agree on these things. Looks like we will see these two struggle with custody for a while longer.

Jenelle:

Jenelle starts smoking again which is no surprise and she and Kieffer are back together but trying to act like they aren’t really which isn’t a surprise either. Kieffer talks about his wood pipe business that Jenelle funded a while back. Jenelle also starts talking about how she all of a sudden has body image issues and wants to get a boob job. Kieffer talks about how much he will miss her small boobs and Barbara just looks at her like she is insane. 

 Episode 3 

“The Future Is Now” 

Chelsea:

Chelsea is still talking about how she hasn’t gotten her period even though it’s not late yet. Adam calls her and she asks him if he wants to see “us” and he kind of agrees. Later though Adam decides he is “too tired” to come visit. Chelsea says she is upset because he is letting down Aubree but it’s clear (to me anyway) that she might be mad because she wanted to see him too. She notices while creeping on facebook that he is actually going out to a movie with friends. He tells her that he wasn’t blowing off Aubree. He was blowing off Chelsea… Thankfully (even though we all knew this was going to happen) Chels finally gets her  period and spreads the good news that she is not pregnant. 

Leah:

Jeremy is out of town for work yet again and Leah is left alone with her thoughts about whether or not she really wants to be with him or with Corey. Leah is worried that if she tries with Corey and things don’t work out she will have missed out on being with her second choice Jeremy. She decides that it’s worth it to work things out with Corey so she goes to have a talk with him. 

She admires the new house and shyly asks him why he bought this big house. He says he bought it for a family and that he can’t get over her. Corey is reluctant to jump back into a full on relationship with Leah because at the moment Leah is in love with two men at the same time. He fears that she will cheat on him again with an ex. Leah says that she is willing to walk away from a great guy to be with him and that they need to grow some balls and do this for their family. Corey wants for them to take things slow… slow slow. He wants to date first instead of jumping right back into things the way Leah wants him to. 

She decides to break up with Jeremy until she figures everything out so she tells him and he takes his things and his ring… and leaves. 

Kailyn:

It’s time for Kailyn to let Jo see Isaac. She’s had Isaac all to herself for 3 weeks now and has gotten used to having him all the time. It’s hard for her to let him go considering she doesn’t think Isaac is Jo’s first priority. Jo lives a very different life than Kail. He lives at home and can focus more on friends, his music and girlfriend. Kailyn is still working hard to build a life for herself and Isaac. 

The exchange is awkward and the two don’t even speak. She hands Isaac off and says goodbye to him. Back at Jo’s house he talks to his mom about the situation. Jo says Kailyn needs to mature and learn how to control herself. 

Jenelle:

Now that Jenelle and Gary are over Jenelle has been talking to Kieffer. She is getting off probation soon and will be legally able to see him again… even though her lawyer advises her not to. Kieffer says all the right things to her to get her back and she falls right back into it. 

The moment she is off probation Jenelle buys him a bus ticket so the two can meet back up. The two hold hands and walk off into the sunset… 

Episode 2

“Love Hurts” 

Since I’ve been a little backed up on Teen Mom news I’m just going to give a quick recap of the important stuff that happened. My apologies for this recap being shorter than usual! Enjoy: 

Jenelle:

Jenelle finds out that Gary slept with Tori (remember her? isn’t she a great friend?) the nigth before Jenelle and Gary were officially dating. Gary explains to Jenelle that there was no reason to tell her about it and cause drama with Jenelle’s close friend. Gary apologizes to Jenelle, explains that they weren’t dating at the time so it’s not like he cheated on her or anything and that he wants to work this all out. Gary calmly and rationally explains himself and asks Jenelle to understand and talk it out with him…. so Jenelle kicks him out after throwing things at him, shoving him and trying to break his stuff. Then she lays in her bed and cries when he leaves. 

Kailyn: 

Kailyn and Jo head to court. Jo brings his family along and Kailyn brings friends with her. The attorneys both agree to try and keep this whole disagreement out of court so they strike up a deal. The Protection from Abuse order is dropped so Jo can see his son again and when Kail & Jo are swapping Isaac significant others can not be present. Which I think is pretty fair right? 

Chelsea:

Chelsea is still a little nervous that she might be pregnant again (which honestly I think is all for the show, she needs more drama in her story line  but she is even more nervous about heading off to school again. Chelsea drops Aubree off at day care and has her first class in beauty school. She meets some new people and seems to like the school. It’s a big day for these ladies. 

Leah:

Leah and Jeremy are still together and engaged but a call from Corey changes things. Corey tells Leah that he still has feelings for her and that he misses his family. He broke up with his girlfriend and wants to give things another shot. Leah is confused as always and tells Jeremy that perhaps they should put their engagement on hold for a while so she can figure out what she wants. He tells her that she needs to make up her damn mind. 

Episode 1

“Under Pressure”

Leah:

Leah starts off this season in the emergency room, she had been having cramps for a week and went to the hospital when she started bleeding. She breaks the news to Jeremy that she lost the baby. Leah tells her friend that going through the pregnancy and seeing how scared she and Jeremy were… she thinks it was a test or a sign that she wasn’t ready for another baby or to get married so soon. She tells Jeremy it’s time to slow things down. 

Leah goes to swap the girls with Corey and she tells him about the miscarriage. They then kind of explode into a conversation about their relationship and Leah basically tells him to make a move already. It’s hard for Corey because he is talking to a girl who is already engaged to someone else. He says “what if in 6 months you miss Jeremy and want him back?” to which she rolls her eyes…. Honestly though, I don’t blame him for being confused and scared. He tells her that there is just too much going on with her for him to try and jump back into a relationship with her. She says goodbye, gets in her car and cries. 

Jenelle:

Jenelle is dating Gary the marine, and he is great with Jace and Barbara. Jenelle is moving yet again in this episode  this time with her friend Allison. She says that she learned to not be so rebellious and impulsive from being on probation… It’s hard to watch her say things like that knowing what happens. 

Jenelle’s great friend Tori comes over and tells her that Kieffer is out of prison and starts asking her if she is going to run back to him. Jenelle says no, she is happy with Gary. 

Surprise! Kieffer texts Gary. How he got that number is beyond me and Jenelle because she has no idea either. I’m not even really sure what the text was supposed to be about but it seems he is trying to weasel his way back onto the show. 

Chelsea:

Chelsea is ready to start beauty school in a few days so Aubree will be staying with her grandma or go to daycare during the day. Chelsea has a friend come over and she tells her that her Mirena birth control fell out… weird. Then she drops the bomb that she slept with Adam again. No they aren’t dating, and don’t worry… he pulled out… ::eye roll:: Adam laughs about it with his friends and makes sure he tells them that he is not getting back together with her, he’s just hooking up with her once in a while. 

Chelsea gets a little depressed thinking about going to school and Aubree going to daycare. 

Kailyn:

Kailyn and Javi are officially an item. Kailyn still has a problem with Jo’s girlfriend though and apparently it lead to a physical fight with him. Kailyn filed a protection from abuse order on him so that he can’t contact her or Isaac till they settle the issue with a judge. Kailyn’s friend Mark has some wise words for Kail, he tells her that while Jo had no right to touch her, she needs to let go and trust Jo as Isaac’s father and know that he will keep Isaac safe. Kailyn says she doesn’t know how it started but the fight got physical and it shouldn’t have happened in front of Isaac. 

Jo’s side of the story is quite different, he tells his father that he walked up to the car and said hello and she immediately started freaking out. He pointed out that Kailyn has Isaac around Javi all the time and that’s when she turned and smacked him in the head, he pushed her arm down, then she punched him in the face… 

Who can you believe here? It’s hard to say.
